Building Regulation drawings include the structural calculation and drawings by structural team due to the complete new roof as the roof was damaged and later changed to add the height as the loft conversion was considered to accommodate 2 additional room to the property along with technical details for new floor boards, roof design, staircase relocation and addition of internal ensuite for each room.
