Residential Project-  Terrace House into HMO.

Area: 230.10 sq.mt.

Concept: House of Multipurpose Occupancy.

This project comprises of 3 terrace house which the design & construct firm wish to convert them into as House of Multipurpose Occupancy concept in North London area. Challenge was to maintain the standard room sizes by adding the additional floor space to each house by converting loft into liveable bedroom space along with provision of toilets on eachlevel. Drawings where generated for planning & building regulation approval.
