Residential Project-  Mid Terrace –Conversion Project.

Area : 242.3 sq.mt

Purpose/Theme :  HMO & Studio Flats

ViDi Designers were involved in preparing Planning & Building Regulation approval drawings initially and then worked as external support team on preparing the existing and proposed floor plans and detail drawings for approval.

This project is investor project and eventually rented as HMO & Studio Flat hence had to follow the regulations & requirements as per Standards for rental accommodation. ViDi Designers worked on this project from planning to furniture designing & execution of the project. stage and manging the site as Project Manager/ coordinator.

Sourcing the material and worked with builder to secure HMO licence on behalf of client.
