ViDi Designers were involved in preparing Planning, Building Regulation approval to Interior Designing & Project Management of the property.

Client approach while buying the property to understand the potential outcome after purchasing to let. Hence ViDi Designers got involved at early stage till completion of the HMO project and to let as individual rooms for client.

This project went into various stages of development from planning to Building control approval, Thames Water approval to Sui generic approval to let as HMO accommodation.

Image 1: Shows existing and proposed Ground Floor Plan. Changing the position of the staircase helped to define the lobby area and provide the storage and convert the loft into habitable space.

Image 2: Shows existing and proposed First Floor Plan. All bedroom doors opened into the lobby area and provided the spacious look to the lobby.

Image 3: Shows the proposed Loft Plan, this was possible due to change in the staircase position at ground floor. Additional bedrooms with bathroom were added to the project.
